Which pianos can be retrofitted?
PianoAIS works with most acoustic upright and grand pianos. Send us the brand, model and height, and we will confirm compatibility and the right configuration for your instrument.
Will the installation damage my piano?
No. The S-188Pro main unit is mounted beneath the keybed and the speaker system is suspended under the soundboard. Nothing in the piano's structure is modified, and your instrument keeps its original acoustic voice.
Do I need to know how to play?
No playing skills are needed. Choose a song in the app and the piano performs it with human-like touch — while you host dinner, run the shop or simply listen.
Which music formats are supported?
The AI decoding core natively plays MIDI, PianoDisc and Yamaha files. The open protocol also accepts customizable MIDI commands, so your library stays usable.
Can it play without internet?
Yes. High-capacity local storage keeps your playlists on the unit itself, so playback stays stable through long sessions with no phone or network.
Can several pianos be managed together?
Yes. Wi-Fi plus Bluetooth with app control lets you manage several pianos and schedule playback remotely — ideal for showrooms, hotels, clubs and schools.
How about warranty and after-sales?

Where do I download the app and software?
The PianoAIS Android app sits on our Downloads page: download the APK or scan the QR code to install. Free, no registration.
